Sustainability – Our Core Design Value
As a core belief at Table Space, we focus on sustainability and have adopted several environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) strategies and practices into our business and financial goals, closely monitoring progress and identifying areas of improvement. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in all our operations, from design and construction to daily operations. We believe our ability to develop and maintain sustainable and energy-efficient centres gives us a clear competitive advantage and positions us as the partner of choice for tenants seeking high-quality and sustainable workspaces.

02 — Net-zero goals
Table Space Commits to
Net-Zero Goals
To mark a significant step in our environmental sustainability journey, Table Space has committed to setting near-term and long-term, company-wide emission reduction targets aligned with science-based net-zero standards under the SBTi.
With this commitment, Table Space becomes the first Enterprise-Managed Workspace operator to be committed for net-zero goals aligned to SBTi.

Table Space is now a signatory to the
United Nations Global Compact
We strongly believe that responsible business practices and sustainable growth go hand in hand. We are proud to announce that Table Space is now officially a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) — the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.
This commitment is to operate responsibly, in alignment with Ten universal Principles, take actions to support society, and report to the UN Global Compact annually on our ongoing efforts.
