Table Space, an enterprise managed office solutions provider, has appointed Naveen Raina as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DESYN, its integrated enterprise Design & Build platform, as the company prepares to scale the business nationally.
Raina will have end-to-end responsibility for DESYN, including P&L, business growth, client relationships, commercial governance and project delivery. He will also oversee the platform’s operating model and organisation across design, commercial, project and regional teams.
The appointment comes as enterprise workplace requirements become more complex, with companies expanding across multiple cities and seeking greater control over design, costs, timelines and execution. DESYN brings workplace strategy, design and turnkey delivery under one platform, backed by Table Space’s experience in developing and operating enterprise workplaces.
Commenting on the appointment, Karan Chopra, Chairman and Co-CEO, Table Space, said DESYN is an extension of the company’s enterprise workspace platform as clients increasingly look for integrated Design & Build solutions.

He added that Raina’s experience in building businesses, teams and delivery organisations would support DESYN’s next phase of growth.
Raina joins DESYN with extensive experience across real estate and workplace delivery. At Savills India, where he served as Managing Director for Pune, he grew the business from a two-person team to more than 150 professionals, while revenue increased nearly 40-fold during his tenure. Earlier, at JLL, he built the company’s India Retail business and later held leadership roles across Project Management and Design & Build businesses in West and North India.
With a degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Raina will now lead DESYN as it builds its national presence.
Raina said enterprises are increasingly seeking greater certainty around cost, timelines, quality and accountability from Design & Build partners.
“DESYN has the opportunity to build a differentiated model by combining specialist Design & Build capability with the operating experience and enterprise ecosystem of Table Space,” he said, adding that his focus would be on building a scalable business with strong client relationships and consistent execution across markets.
The appointment strengthens DESYN’s leadership as Table Space expands the platform’s role in the enterprise Design & Build market across India.
